Austin Hargrave's 8×10 large-format film archive — view-camera portraits made on a wooden field camera at his Los Angeles studio. Each sitting is a single-frame discipline: the talent holds still for the exposure, the photographer composes upside-down under a dark cloth, and the resulting negative is a physical 8×10 sheet of film.
